Is waaaay to expensive if I am paying. Cousin Bro sign me up for a Happiness workshop on 19 May 2014 @ 6pm. He forgot I need to work on Monday. Anyway Boss let me work from home so I may make it on time. As this was a workshop sponsored by Kikki K, I expect to learn some crafting with a happiness theme.
It turns out the workshop is a sharing session and basically teaches you how to use the their journal to record your happiness journey. Almost everyone who attended has some problem finding happiness. One even tried to kill herself last year. Why is happiness so hard to get when it's free? Maybe because everyone thought happiness has a price.
One of the things I agree with the facilitator is that you are responsible for your own happiness. Happiness is something that happens to you. You have to make it happen. Happiness is a journey, not a destination. We see people post and re-post this in Facebook yet many people suffer from illness related to happiness. Koala land seemed to have a higher than average depression cases. I've known to be depressed a time or two but I have manage to rebound with the support from loved ones.
The session ended with a bit of a sales pitch and 10% off anything you bought from the store. I walk away with some purchases (cough cough) and also feeling grateful that my life is generally a happy one.

"Happiness cannot be traveled to, owned, earned, worn or consumed. Happiness is the spiritual experience of living every minute with love, grace and gratitude."
